after one month of my noa1 no biometrics, so i called and they said "call in one month" i called in 1 week and they said 'we just sent it the app, my advice, bug the uscis, you never know where your pile of papers laded and sometimes thye just forget about them, good look.

Hey everyone, we sent our AOS paperwork at the end of August, but we'll stick with Sept Aos Filers, either way, wife had her biometrics done today, smooth and quick. Was really suprised. Never realized the USCIS office was right around the corner.

One thing i want to add, my local USCIS office is here in Miami...yet our case was transferred to California Service Center. Any September filers going through something similar?

Congrats on yr successful walk in . I wish my office was closer so I can do a walk-in . I am about 5 hrs driving . I will wait on my time --in 2 weeks .

Not me. I think September filers are close to getting their cases transferred but not as close as yours haha. Congrats, that can only mean one thing, your process is moving along quickly. I heard if it goes to CSC your chances of getting an interview are low. So maybe you won't need one. But lets just wait and see. I hope everyone else's case gets transferred somewhere soon!

UPDATE : I received a Text and Email that my Case (AOS-I-485) was transferred to another office for processing . My Biometrics appointment is 2 weeks away .I hope all goes well .

Ive seen a couple of people whose cases get transferred before the biometrics, I thought that was a bit weird but whatever floats their boats right? haha

Actually I received the text and email on my phone this morning about 800 am . I am happy that our case is progressing at a fast pace :thumbs: I am hoping for an early approval for my wife .
