Hello everyone, I want to bring my parents to USA. I have a brother who is 14 and a sister who is 12 both living with my parents?? what should i do to bring them and can my underage siblings join them???

You must be a US citizen before applying for any of them. Your parents can come about a year after you apply but your siblings can't come with them . If you file for them as siblings once you are a USC it is a ten year wait currently. If you parents apply for them after they arrive the wait it a little shorter.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

cant my siblings join my parents since they are under 21, i cant apply for my siblings because they are under 21.. what should i do, I am a USC already.. How long does it take to bring your siblings to US?

You petition for your parents as Immediate Relatives. Derivative beneficiaries are not allowed when petitioning for an Immediate Relative. Your siblings cannot immigrate with your parents. There is no way around this.

You can absolutely file for your siblings under 21. You would need to file for each separately. These would be F4 family preference cases. It takes about 11 years.
