Hi,

My finacee will be here (hopefully) mid-october and we want to have wedding party back in Greece at x-mas time. Do you think we'll make it?

How long are Advance parol's taking these days?

We're at 60 plus days and still nothing on my AP or EAD. IF she gets here in mid Oct, you married the same day, had all your paper work lined up, filed an AOS/AP the same day, I highly doubt you'd get your AP in time. (All of this is impossible.)

Not trying to burst your bubble, I just don't think that's going to happen. I was married on July 7th, sent the packet off July 14th and I'm just praying she can make it home for Xmas!

11-03 11-07 11-11 and 11-13 EAD touched.

11-15 Day 123 (Day 68 since the RFE) EAD approved 11-14 email! AP still waiting.

11-16 10 AM Aos approved, 2 weeks to the green card we hope!

11-16 2PM EAD card in the mail.

11-17 Email "Welcome letter"

11-20 Welcome letter in Mail

11-27 Another "Welcome" email dated 11-27, changed from 11-17

11-29-06 GC in Mail, Were done for 1.75 years!

Our AP was just approved. We got our NOA1 on July 31 so, for us, it took about 45 days. That's not to say it's the same for everyone...it's just what our time frame was. Hope this helps some. :)

(Sigh) July 16th NOA and nothing on my AP or EAD....
