Ready to go! ...... i think

Hi all,

Ok...We have gone through our list and hubby has everything but the police cert (been waiting a month so not long now!). I am about to send in his "Applicants statement" to request an interview. Even the medical is done!

My father (USC) have filled in a joint sponsor form i-1864A and proven what he earns and also proof of other incomes and monies. I have his passport and mothers and evidence of their household. Including stocks and other savings they are well over the poverty limit...

I as the sponsor, have filled in the same form but as i have no earnings inside the USA yet, i am putting forward my shares/savings and property equity (london house £100,000) as proof of earnings so we will not take off the state money wisein the USA!

Both forms have been notorised by a banker in the USA last year and valid until 2007!

Now please can someone just confirm with me that we are ready so i do not send this in and find we have missed something out over the last 100yrs of this procedure (or so it seems)

Why are you using an I-864A? This document is for adjustment of status (AOS).

You need the I-134 affidavit of support.
