I just called nvc and spoke with very nice operator who told me that my case number got assigned...and also she said that fpr parents we only need to send 1 70$ fee for choice of agent.. sje says usually people send not knowing send two fees but we can clip both forms and put in one envelope and send one fee.

Yes, for parents, you will only need one fee of $70.00. But you will need to fill out total two I-864 for your parents, meaning one for each parent.
