Hello everyone!!!

Can someone give me a list of how they had

There forms and evidence set up?? I started mine with all the ds forms.

K1 VISA
4/25/2011 Sent Papers for Toney to sign.
5/9/2011 Received package from me
5/10/2011 He sent back to me DHL
5/11/2011 Received packaged
5/14/2011 Sent Forms to the Texas Lockbox.
5/16/2011 They received it. Signed by J.Author
5/18/2011 NOA1 Text/Email
5/23/2011 NOA1 Hardcopy
7/29/2011 NOA2 APPROVED NO RFE
8/15/2011 NVC Received
8/17/2011 Left NVC
8/26/2011 VISITING TONEY FOR 10 DAYS!!
8/27/2011 recieved packet 3
9/19/2011 Received Interview date (11/03/2011 @ 9:30Am)
9/26/2011 Made medical appointment ( 10/20/2011 )
10/20/2011 Medical was a success!!
11/3/2011 APPROVED!!!P
12/1/2011 UPDATE: 18 business day's into AP :( DEPRESSED....
12/9/2011 VISA IN HAND!!
12/16/2011 POE MIAMI
12/31/2011 MARRIED!

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS
03/03/2012 Sent AOS Express Overnight ( On a Saturday )
03/05/2012 AOS Delivered Signed By J.C
03/13/2012 Hard copy of NOA1
03/31/2012 Got Biometrics appointment... 4/25/2012 10am
4/27/2012 EAD in production.
4/27/2012 AP APPROVED
05/05/2012 Got EAD CARD
6/12/2012 APPROVED AOS INTERVIEW
DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!!

ROC (REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS)

5/1/2014 Sent our ROC Express Over night
5/5/2014 Package Picked up Signed by R.Gonzales
5/8/2014 Received NOA/Extension in mail
7/18/2014 GC APPROVED.....

Some of us try to come on here, go to the country portal, and help others going through the same country - In between our busy lives - Everytime I go to the country portal, I have to dig through multiple of the same topic by you in order to find someone who may need help. Please find your previous posts (you can do so by looking at your profile, if you need to refresh your memory about a topic that you started), read the advice given there, then either follow it or ask questions in the same thread if you are confused - It will make life much easier for all.

Here is the list from VJ http://www.visajourney.com/content/assembly, see K1 requirements and forms needed, also see uscis web site for their information. It is like a table of contents.

I think is asking about preparing for Interview not sbmiting I-129F peteion. That link looks to me to pertain to mailing the initial I-129F packet off, not info for what to gather for actual K1 via interview. But I could be wrong. Or perhaps this is the wrong link?

If u go to country review read mine and nightnurse's review it will help you. Accordian folder wit color coated tabs (one for evidence, another for financial and one for forms). Hope this helps

3-5- 2011 - Mailed I-129F to Lockbox in Lewisville, TX

3-10-2011 - Received and processed by USCIS

3-15-2011 - Email received

3-16-2011 - "Touched"

3-18-2011 - Official NOA-1 received in mail

7-05-2011 - NOA-2 received (via email and text)

7-15-2011 - NVC received case; case# assigned

7-18-2011 - Case left NVC

7-21-2011 - Case received by the Jamaican Embassy

7-21-2011 - Sent DS-230 via email;Requested Packet 3 and confirmation of receipt to be sent via email

NEVER GOT PACKET 3

8-08-2011 - Interview date

8-08-2011 - APPROVED W/BLUESLIP (MEDICAL INCOMPLETE)

8-29-2011 - Completed medical: sent email to Embassy requesting date to drop off medical

9-01-2011 - Appt date to drop off medical, passport and DHL fee: received tracking #

9- -2011 - Received passport: time to book the ticket

10-1-2011 - POE: JFK
