hello everybody...here's my questions...

part 1 middle name = ano nilagay nyo? ung middle name before u got married or last name before u married nakakaconfuse kc eh...huhuhu

tska part 3 A. Give your name exactly as it appears on your form I194 arrival-departure.. Nilagay mo nyo ba ung middle name or first and last name lang??? ung naka staple kc na I194 wlang middle name eh.... Good luck to everybody...

Yung sa part 1, middle name should be yung family name mo nung dalaga ka pa, which is apelyido ng tatay mo (just to make it clear, nalilito rin ako) hahaha

Yung part 3A, yun talagang nakasulat sa I-94, wala rin akong nilagay dun na middle name so yung first name ko lang at apelyido ng tatay ko...

hindi sya nkakalito kapag binasa mo at inisip mo,yes your right last name mo nung dalaga kapa,shud be your middle name after married,

question no.2.sa 1-94 wala namang middle name na nakalagay so given and last name lang nilagay ko din.lol gud luck sa paper works mo..anong state ka?

Ohh, you should go to the registrar to change this. I got married in Hawaii and the Hawaiian registry sent me an email to confirm what middle name will I use, since the officiate ask me to put my second first name (i have 2 first names) as my middle name, even if I insisted na first name ko yun, he still ask me to put it in the form, so i put my maiden family name (which is my father's name).

This was how I was told to do on our marriage license here in WA. Specifically they said na legal name - before getting married ang ilagay so ang middle name ko was my mom's maiden surname. Sa I-485, the middle name I used was my father's surname kasi gusto ko nang gamitin ang surname ng hubby ko. There is no legal way i adopt mo lang ang change of name as long as may marriage certificate ka, that will support the difference.

thnx for replies..right now we just filled up the forms then i decided na gamitin nalng my mother's maiden name as middle name since un ang nakalagay sa marriage license namin...sna ok lang un..is anyone retained their middle name after getting married??

hi harvey&theresa...ask ko lang kung nagamit nyo ba last name nyo nong single pa kayo as ur middle name now after marriage..kasi ung sa akin hindi ina allow ng social security dahil pag kukuha daw ako ng state id or driver's license sa DMV di daw pwd na ung gagamitin kong middle name ay ung last name ko before marriage. mayron knbang state ID or driver's license? Ano bang nakalagay na given name sa visa nyo? kasi ung sa akin given name ko ung first name at middle name ko as single ang nkalagay...so i ws thinking na baka un nag reason ng DMV at SSA na ang amitin ko na full name ngaun is my First name+ maiden middle name+ married last name..
