Hello,

I've heard some not so great things about adjusting status in Atlanta which makes me wonder if we should go with the CR1. Does anyone have any suggestions? My husband will be arriving with the K3 visa.

The I-130 has already been approved. We were just holding off on it because we considered doing AOS here. Now I'm not sure. What do you think?

We applied for our AOS in Atlanta - and got transferred to California. That is one possibility that awaits:-). Don't have any experience with the Atlanta office otherwise.

We went to the Atlanta office for our interview and I am still waiting to get an approval or welcome letter or green card or whatever. I think that there are people that have had great experiences at the Atlanta office just like anywhere else.
