muchas gracias

I will start the process in about a week for our two kids. The childens father might not sign a permision for them to leave Colombia. He currently is in jail for about three years so it is real hard to even get in touch with him. My wife is near the end of a legal procces in Colombia to get sole custody or a suspention of patria postesta. If there is a suspention do we need the birth fathers permition to leave the country? Bienestar familair has been working on the case for about a year, but don't know if this will be in vain. What can a juez de familia do to counter the fathers permision to leave the country?

thanks,

James Mario
