I did my medical on the 30th. They said to give 3 business days for the results. I thought that meant they would call me, but they haven't. Did I misunderstand and was supposed to call them? Do they only keep them for a certain amount of time?

Call them, when I went to my medical they never called me. Was also told they don't retain the medical for very long after its ready to be picked up. Had to rush drive 2 hours to go pick it up from Montreal.

I wasn't called when my medical was done- I was just instructed to pick it up after 2 business days. I imagine they don't call due to the sheer volume of patients.

I think unless you ask otherwise, they keep the results there for you and you're to go pick them up. They don't call you, as far as I know. Definitely call them.

I had mine done and Dr Seidens office in Montreal. I had my medical done in late Nov 2009, and picked it up at the end of March 2010. I was laid off from my job at the end of Novemeber (while I was awaiting my interview to be scheduled) so I sold my house put my stuff in storage and came to the US to visit my fiance while I was waiting for my interview. I lived in Ottawa, so it was a fairly quick and easy trip to go to Montreal before I left the area and get the medical out of the way. This way I did not have to spend the extra couple of days in Montreal waiting for the results. I just let them know what my plans were ahead of time and I had to call them a few days before I was coming in to pick up the results. I had no issues with it. You may want to touch base with them before hand since they may have changed their proceedures since then.

I just phoned and the secretary said that it was up to me to call them. Then I asked "when do I have until?" and he said "anytime- we're open Monday to Friday, 7-5:30". So I'm going today, but at least I know I don't have to panic! Phew :P
