helo every one i have a question with u my pd is 10 may 2009..case approved 26 december 2010..date of birth 26 december my age is turn of 21 in december.,question does cspa cover my age ?thanks

It took USCIS about 19 months to approve the I-130. This means that you will have an extra 19 months after the I-130 is approved. If you turn 22 years old and 7 months before the Priority Date becomes current, you will age out under CSPA.
