I read somewhere that the sponsor needs to be earning enough to be atleast 100% of the poverty line, but I thought it was 125%. Which is it?

most embassys/consuls ask for 125% and for AOS it is 125%.

I-134 says 100% but 100% is often reserved for active duty military members only.

Another question in regards to the I-134. In my NOA it states that this "may" be required at the interview, so do I send it in with packet 3 or just take it to the interview with me?
