Hi Everyone! Well, my fiance and I found out the other day that we missed the DS-2001 when he sent in Packet 3, so there has been a bit of a delay before his interview. As a result, I'm going to go to the UK for 2 months starting in October. Here's the work situation:

We spent a year together in Christchurch, New Zealand and the company that I worked for there has hired me as a contractor. They are totally NZ-based. I now work for them in the US remotely. It would easy for me to continue working for them in the UK as it's all online. But...would it be legal???

I'm a bit worried as a few years ago we applied for me to go the UK and that visa was rejected because we hadn't lived together for two years. Now every time I enter the UK I get stopped and questioned (sometimes in a little interrogation room!). They're probably going to ask me when I enter the country how I'm going to support myself for two months and I'd like to have concrete proof that I have a job and won't be needing to illegally work in the UK, but I also don't know if they'll let me!

Can anyone provide some insight please?

Cheers!
