Commercial courier for visa

Question: My Wife and I are going through Cr1 immigrant visa process. Medical is done. Interview is coming very soon. She already has a interview -SCHEDULED BY THE NVC. However I see on the US Embassy/Manila web page that - "Immigrant visa applicants who have been scheduled by the NVC for a visa appointment at the Embassy are required to visit the online appointment website to register their delivery address." This delivery address is for the visa issuance.

I go to this and they are asking to register appointment first. Is this for a new appointment or will it locate the appointment I already have? I dont want to screw something up here. Has anyone done this? Is this really mandatory? Does the consulate verify address for the 2GO commercial courier? Or do we have to go online to make sure its sent? Sorry many questions, its just confusing.

Thanks

Im an IR1 visa. And I was interviewed last July 1, 2011. I did not go through online appointment I just went to my interview and they will give you a 2go form for the delivery of your visa and you will passed that after your interview..
