letter of intend HELP

hi guys, does anyone know if we both have to submit a letter of intend? my faince has his interview in less than two weeks, I he wrote his letter of intend to marry already and signed, i was wondering if i have to sign one too and send him??? PLEASE RESPOND

If you are the USC then yes you need to write a letter sign it and the beneficiary should have it at the interview.

USC is US Citizen. And it's intent, not intend.

Good luck with upcoming interview : ) Original authentic signature on letter of intent for the US citizen, meaning snail mail. If you look closely, the 156K that the foreign fiance signs at interview, that is his/her "letter of intent" so to speak("I am legally free to marry intend to marry _____ within 90 days ..").

uscis and embassy doesnt accept fax and scans, they always require original signatures. the interview is the most important step, if you have ANY doubd if you need a paper or other, always put them in the file just to be sure.
