I just received my IMBRA from the CSC yesterday,,,,,,I have two questions.before i send it back ......i originally met my fiance on AMIGOS.COM....would that be considered an "International Marriage Broker"...and if i have a clean crimanal record, do i just leave all the boxes unchecked?,,, i am a newbie!!!!!! thanks for the guidance

I am not familiar with that particular site, however if it is international and you did not need to pay for a "meeting", then the answer is: No

With respect to the crime issues, if you have none, then leave blank as there is no option for no.

You should read in the new I-129F what constitutes a marriage broker and see if the site you met fits into the profile or not.

I wrote NONE and N/A, in the margins right next to the questions this way I provided an answer of somekind to the ques. . and I left the boxes empty.

12/03/2005: Married

10/13/2006: Interview Approved

10/26/2006: POE: EWR (ARRIVED) [/size]

182 days from filing to Visa in Hand!!![/color]

AOS/EAD

01/22/2007: Sent to The Lockbox.....let the games begin.....again

02/02/2007: NOA1's for both....the waiting game officially begins

02/15/2007: Biometrics appt.

04/11/2007: EAD APPROVED!! YI-HAW

04/21/2007: Received SSN#

05/23/2007: AOS Interview -------> APPROOOOOOVED!!!!!!
