Will I get an RFE if the photos I sent in with the DS-230 packet have a blue background?

1/21/2011: Married in Tacloban City

USCIS (135 days)

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

Probably because it should be white or white-off.

The photo should be taken with a plain white or off-white background.

Keep in mind that sending the right photos tomorrow may not meet up with your already delivered package. You may get an RFE even after sending new pictures?

I'd personally wait until you got the RFE, as NVC may not tie your replacement photos with your file.

The NVC operator told me to and then just ignore if i got an RFE letter and my lawyer told me not to worry about it because he has never seen an RFE for photos

Obviously if they sent an RFE to me after I already sent the correct pictures in I wouldn't send in more pictures

NO the correct pictures that were sent in have the cover sheet with them and have the beneficiary's name and case number on the back of them so they would get tied in with the rest of my paperwork. where else would they go, they aren't going to put them in a file by themselves or throw them away or anything. When they receive the pictures they will tie them in with the rest of the case.

When they receive the pictures they will tie them in with the rest of the case.

Sure - no problem. You will get a RFE for the pictures when the first packet is processed but when they process this one, that RFE checklist would be satisfied, provided that is the only issue.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
