Hello everyone i'm a bit stomp on question 7 "i derive an annual income of". Do i give an estimate on how much i will make annually? I started my work February and i cant provide a income tax return because i was in the philippines until 2010 going to school.

You want to make a close estimate what your income is going to be this year based on your paychecks so far. Also, make sure that total matches the amount your employer put on your letter of employment.

Make sure you meet the 125% poverty guidelines for you and your fiance, and any other dependants involved. You may have a problem if you didn’t file taxes last year and meet the 125%. Even though it is not “required” I’ve seen people need to get a co-sponsor because they didn’t meet the 125% last year. Otherwise get a co-sponsor. The minimum evidence on the I-134 is sometimes not enough, and more information could be asked for. Make sure you include:

Bank letter and bank statements

Employment letter

At least 2-3 months of pay check stubs

Copy of income taxes with W-2

Any investment account statements

The CO’s are looking for consistent income and employment history. If you don’t have this, get a co-sponsor.
