6. Date Visa Became Available: ?

7. Age of Alien on Date Visa Became Available #6 minus #1): ?

8. Age of CSPA purpose: ? (Must be below 21)

you must get ur pd current before april 2012 for cspa cover....look this is the simplest calculation...

age 21 on june 2011 plus 10 month for approval time....hope this will clear ur doubt...

Thank you so much Jhp and chinchinchu for your help I hope his PD current before april 2012 bcoz all my sibling are under eighteen except him and this will be very hard if he god forbid left behind my parents and siblings will be here except him I hope it wouldn't happend I pray all day and so worry about this situation.

the only thing i know is,,..

if the nvc send u app.letter then your son/daughter still covered by CSPA..

not quite so same way not everyone who gets a letter will be approved.

not quite so same way not everyone who gets a letter will be approved.

i dont think s0..:)

............. you may wish to think.. .. . you should consider human error.. have you ever wondered why some slip thru to the consulate and eventually was referred back to USCIS because of "new/missing info" etc that was submitted that should have been submitted from the start..? You dont have to respond it's just to get you to think..

VB is out : 15FEB09

I had expected the feb visa bulltin to 1 Feb or 8 Feb and was tense about it then i that if 1 Feb should i get the call or not and i got the interview call god is kind with me this time and predicted that FEB visa bulletin would of 8 FEB but it come out 15 FEB and i think its very positive move and i dont think the people who have PD of march April May should not worry because not in next visa bulletin i think they will sure get the call by Jan.... i think in october and November because there should be increase in Immediate relative immigrant visa it got slow down hope and pray that all those people are accommodated in this October and November Interview schedule and more of us should get the call so be happy i am positive that it will now move fast u all get good news soon..... pray for us for our interview......
