marga14 and sigbin is next in line from the list and they are both from PHILIPPINES .. lately we suffered from a typhoon that causes some departments to close and i heard and am not sure enough that US EMBASSY in MANILA was closed for 4 working days, as we observed that first to post here about the interview dates is from PHILIPPINES did this situation affect the delay for both member? (just hoping that visa bulletin will go beyond FEB 2009)..

The flood sank half the gate of the US Embassy here,...

I'm pretty sure there will be some delays now,...

my cousins interview supposedly last sept. 28 but due to the typhoon it is moved on the 20th of october

At this rate you are still at least a year away,my wifes PD is April 2010 and it looks like the new VB will be feb 2009 and is only advancing 4/6 weeks at the moment but,after researching past retrogressions normally after 3 months of the new FY it goes back to were it was prior retrogression,we can only wait and see what happens

I am calling US embassy Islamabad for the last 1 hour but can't get through...I got through once but then lost the connection..Does anyone from Pakistan knows any number which I can dial and reach someone easily.

The number i am using is 92 51 2080000.Thanks if someone can help.

You call between 3 to 5 pm. They did't pick calls in morning time.
