by the end of today, i hope we will get some good news

just now called them this morning and lady told me that at present they are processing the case of December 2008 visa bulletin says PD is 8 January 2008 so lots of confusion every time you call them so from now on i am not going to call them let god decide the proper time for me and will send me the call at proper time hope it will not collide with my exam schedules....... praying for the best

I guess 2009 PD is higher demand than 2010 PD. So 2010 PD won't be current until 2013 Jan.

You should understand the process to decrease confusion. The information given to you by the NVC agent IS CORRECT. They are CURRENTLY processing files filed in december 2008. The oct. 2011 bulletin IS NOT CURRENTLY IN EFFECT... Until OCTOBER 1, 2011. Your priority date is feb. 2009.. Really close so I can understand your excitement.. In your case you could call back to the NVC end of October 2011 or first day of november 2011 IF your priority date falls on/before the visa cut off dates.

Not the case.. The update is an estimate and is likely change at Anytime... ! Flow of immigrants are being CONTROLLED.

That is correct, even though they say they schedule on the second week of every month, that is not true. They give out most of the F2A interview by the first week.

What I was referring to was the response from the operators at the NVC.

P.Lover if you should ask me.. I would say not to contact them Until November 1, 2011. By that date it's more than likey your case will be current and you won't have to get the REJECTS from the NVC. Your case won't be current next month but there is a chance it could be scheduled for an interview since the intercede will be set a month out (november) your case is likely to be current. If u do choose to call in a few days.. Dont expext a positive answer as the front line agents will tell u the case isnt current.

One thing i am sure that November visa bulletin move for atleast one month its same as one month they publish visa bulletin on 8th and some other time they take 14th day of month to publish the visa bulletin dont think they are making any change in policy to restrict the visa's its one of the month on which they are taking time to send the interview calls

It is just as Ricardo said, you are better off just waiting for the email than the disappointment from a negative respond.

I just got about 4 extra days from calling, and to tell you the truth it wont make any difference, anyways you will have around a month to prepare tfor your interview.

I am going to ask again...Do u think the VB is gonna move ahead ? and If yes then Will I get an email in a week time?If I dont get an interview that means there will be no movement .Isn't it?
