And we trying to get my social. Does anybody knows how long does it takes to get it and what do they ask for?

So i have to wait 2 weeks to apply for my social????

the I-94 form was the one they put on my passport?? because they did a mistake they gave someone else and i didn't realize that until i was in the plane home to my fiance :/.

you realize you need the I-94 to apply for AOS right? You may run into problems now.

Contact USCIS for I94 replacement and problem, some times they do not staple in. SSS wait two weeks for your records to get entered ino the Government system, then passport birth certificate I94. SSS never looked at anything expect passport and I94.

Your I-94 is a crucial document. Go to the nearest Customs and Border Patrol facility and talk to them to get the issue resolved.

Your I-94 is important.

However, you CAN submit your applications without them.

Mine was lost, so of course, I had to submit form I-102 to replace it, which I still highly recommend. Very easy to do.

I was getting really antsy waiting for this lost document, so I contacted a lawyer and he told me that I could submit my applications. What I should do was simple; he said to place an asterisk where it asks for that number, and then to submit an extra sheet explaining that it's lost, that you've requested another, etc... and you can go ahead and submit paperwork.

During my AOS interview, they DID ask for it, so it is good to do that.

As for your SSN, I think you have more pressing concerns with your lost I-94!
