In my case, I got my Green Card through employment, i.e. I came to United States on Work visa and filed for my Green card through my employer. Before, my green card was approved, I got married to a girl in India. Subsequently, I added her name to my green card process and completed all the forms. The green card final interview date was released, However, before we could attend the interview, we got divorced and I went to the interview date along and got my greencard approved. I cancelled all the procedures for my EX. My-Ex never travelled to US through that process.

Having that background, Now I am filing for I-129 F for my fiance. Should I mention that in the question 11 "have you filed this before"?/

Thanks for your help.

You did not file for K1, but did file on GC as stated. I do not think they will hold it against you, better to be up front. See what others have done on VJ for a better idea.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
