Submitting for AOS/EAD

Hi everyone!

I'm about to file for my husband's AOS/EAD. He came in on the K1 Visa, and had his medical exam for the visa at the beginning of August. I wanted to check with you guys to see if I have everything -- I think I do, but I just want to go the extra mile to make sure this next process goes smoothly. Go figure that I'd be submitting basically the same documents as I did for the petition for the visa last year!

Copy of DOS Vaccination Documentation

I-864 Affadavit of Support (completed by me, not my husband)

- Letter of employment

- Photo copies of 2010 W2's

- Photo copies of 2010 Federal Tax Returns

- 6 months worth of pay stubs from employer

I-129F Approval Notice

Original Marriage Certificate

Copy of non-immigration visa

Copy of front & back of I-94

Copy of biographic passport page for husband

are you not filing theI-131 Authorization for Travel/Advance Parole??....... other than that looks like you are good to go!
