Hello!

I currently have an H4 dependent visa which i applied for before i turned 21 with my family. But now, I am already above 21 y.o. but still my visa has not expired yet. Am I still eligible to enter the US??

if not, will i be able to renew or apply for a new visa via dropbox or do I have to go through the whole process again?

I live in the Philippines. If so, what type of visa should I apply to? tourist visa?

thank you very much!

hoping for a quick response!!

You got H4 visa based on what?

Is the person still in US on H1?

You H4 would automatically terminate when the primary person based on whom you got your H4.

If you are wanting to come to US as tourist then you will have to apply for B1/2.

What is the purpose of your trip?

yes, my dad who has an H1 visa still works there. purpose for my trip was to go there and visit him. though i am already above 21 y.o., so im not sure if they will let me in since

H4 dependent visa has an age limit which is 21 y.o. though im sure i cannot apply for a H4 visa again since i am already 21, but can i still enter the US having even though my H4 visa hasn't expired yet?
