So my fiancee payed the visa 12 hours ago. until now i still cant schedule online i'm getting this error "No service fee can be found for the entered request number. Please validate your request number is correct and you have paid the correct amount for the visa you are applying" i have tried inputting the passport number and receipt number and no good..

hmm by the way how many digits are there in the philippine passport?? she gave me "EB******* (7 numbers)" is that the one?. also i was wondering how many digits are there on the MRV receipt number? the one she gave me is 12 digits.(sigh) this is frustrating =/

yep the PH passport number is EB and 7 numbers, keep trying, you could also go the call center route. good luck!

Hi Carlo702, I was successful scheduling online just few hours ago. I also experienced same error, then I learned that I only have to input the "passport number".... no more the MRV receipt no. I learned this in one of the posts here and it worked for me. Thanks !

Congratulation! whats your interview date? are there still an opening for september? yes, i have tried inputting her passport which still not working for me, did you input the EB on the passport? i've tried putting EB and without it, still no luck =(

Yes, so far as of yesterday (pm), most of the September dates are still open, but, I hope you can get a slot soon. Yes, with EB...., you can also call (02) 902-8930 to schedule by phone.
