Are you trying to "restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Forums" by telling one user what to do while ignoring many earlier messages about (for example) penises? Is this a TOS issue?

Simple question: One who "used to post" out of how many who haven't and don't?

If people stop posting, that's their choice. It doesn't create an issue for anyone who continues to post.
