What the heck would you do in a situation like this

So my fiance's had his interview scheduled for next week for almost a month now, but the interview letter (packet 4) is MIA. We have tried to contact the embassy a million times to find out when they're gonna send it...but they seem to be ignoring us. From what I was told, he needs to show the interview letter to be allowed into the embassy....Sigh. I'm so sick of them. I'm so sick of having to bug them about everything!! Why do they have to make everything so difficult! If it wasn't for me e-mailing them 450 times (they only seem to reply to my e-mails, they never reply to his e-mails), NOTHING would have been done. He never received packet 3, I had to ask for it. When he sent packet 3 back, they never even acknowledged it. I had to bug them to find out what the hell was going on. Then I had to ask when the interview would be. That's the last time we heard from them. Now the interview date is approaching and the interview letter is MIA. Sigh. Is it so freaking hard to send a freaking letter!!! So it looks like we're gonna have to post-pone the interview....

Did you request packet 4 in an e-mail? Perhaps an e-mail with a "attention getting" title might prompt a response.

Example: INTERVIEW ON XXX, NO INTERVIEW LETTER, PLEASE HELP!!!

I wish we could call them, but the only form of communication for this type of visa is through e-mail. The phone number is only for tourist and visitors visa. I want to strangle them!!!

Is there a way for him to go to the Embassy and retrieve a duplicate copy of the letter?

My hubby actually had to make the trip to the Embassy and pick up a duplicate packet 3 & 4 in person.
