Hi there, the beneficiary or the one who applied for AOS should file the change of address online AR-11 on the USCIS website. It is also advisable if you have a pending application that you call the 1-800 number (Customer service for USCIS) to change your address over the phone but only if you have a pending application awaiting a decision. In addition to filing the AR-11 I visited a local USCIS office and scheduled an INFOPASS appt so that they could verify my correct address in the system as customer service cannot verify address changes if you don't have a pending application. In addition your petitioner should mail in the change of address which I believe is the I-865 form which is sponsor change of address form. Make sure to mail to appropriate address which is listed on application depending on state you live in. Hope this helps.

I would just like to us, we mailed the I-865 but didn't receive any mail about confirmation. Does it matter?
