Finally, London has scheduled my interview for September 21st. After losing our first packet 3 they have expedited our interview. I can't thank this forum enough, especially jingo, littleg, sunshine times and aorobert. Couldn't have got through this without is forum. Keep the faith people, when it looks it's bleakest, things will change

How did you find out that they lost your Packet 3?

We have completed the medical and submitted Packet 3 on 26/08/11 and the Embassy still hasn't acknowledged receipt. Any insight you may be able to provide is greatly appreciated.

I kept calling dos and they said my packet was received so i called the embassy on the extortion hotline and they gave me an email code. I emailed the embassy and they informed me it was never received. Unfortunately you will not get any acknowledgement of receipt. Try calling the dos using skype and ask the, if your packet has been received. Its cheaper than the embassy and they can usually help.

Micmac, have you heard anything from the embassy yet? Just keep buggging the dos and they will update you. It varies on who you speak to, some will tell you there is no info, some will tell you specifically whether your case has been received and is pending or not. Got my packet 4 this morning, its all seeming real now.
