For those just received their NOA2 from CSC (in September, at least)

I wonder after receiving their e-mails//post mails approving their cases if those people got their "status updated" on USCIS site... ;)

Yes, I was approved 9/18 and had status updates on 9/18 and 9/19.

Yes, I was approved 9/18 and had status updates on 9/18 and 9/19.

I checked my site before going to bed on the 18th and there were no touches or anything, but when I went online on the 19th, I had 2 notices that I had been approved. CSC received my petition on the 18th of July, 2006.

07/13/06 Mailed I-129F Petition

07/18/06 I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

09/18/06 I-129F Approved

09/22/06 Sent To NVC

10/11/06 Received by Manila Consulate

12/27/06 Received appointment Letter (packet 4)

02/13/07 Interview Date

02/19/07 Visa Received

04/22/07 Fiancee arrived in the US

05/06/07 Married In Las Vegas

05/14/07 AOS Filed

05/22/07 NOA1 received

05/31/07 Received Biometrics notice

06/13/07 Received email of case sent to CSC

06/14/07 Biometrics Appointment (3:00pm) at Naperville, Illinois

06/20/07 Received notice that case was still pending at CSC

06/21/07 Touched

07/18/07 Touched

07/24/07 Card Production Ordered

07/31/07 Green Card Received

in our case, we still have not received any emails, and even though the date was updated on our online case status, it doesn't say it is aproved either. We just got the NOA2 via snail mail and that's how we found out.

TIMELINE

K1 visa 2006

May 9th Sent I-129 petition

May 16th NOA1 telling us they sent our case to California Service Center

June 23rd IMBRA RFE

Sept. 5th NOA2!!!!

Dec. 12th Interview at Consulate APPROVED!!!

Dec. 14th Visa received

2007

March 19th Move to the US!

AOS

June 15th Sent AOS and AED package

June 25th NOA1s for AOS and AED

July 21st Appointment for Biometrics

July 24th RFE (co-sponsor's passport copy) sent back

Sept. 10th EAD aproved

Sept. 12th EAD card received in the mail

Oct. 9th AOS Interview. APPROVED!!!

Oct. 19th GREEN CARD received!!

126 days!!!
