what should i need to do now?

hello friends...

i came here on h1b visa in november 2008. then meet my wife in april 2010...n then married in january 2011.

we have done our interview in june 1 ...and the IO take our interview separately...and after interview he told us that you will get a letter in your mail..

so i did not get anything yet..and i made an info pass in august 16...n the officer who check my status said me that there is a time line of 90 days...your case is still in initial review...n you still have 15 days to complete 90 days period...

so my questions are now

1. what should i have to do now? do i need to schedule infopass again by myself now or need to waot some more days..n what is the role of congressman in all this if i go to congressman..?

2.so IO already take a stoke interview..is it any chance that we got another interview letter n that will be stoke again? (in stoke interview me n my wife our both's answers were same except 1 question)

Dude chill out.

All the steps have numbers of days assigned to them, if your case was between 0-90 days and for that step if 90 days is the time allowed for them, then you just wait until your 90 days are over.

but my interview was on 1 june..so its over than 90 days now...

so what you think do i have to go for another infopass now or do i need to wait for some more days n what about it like is it going to make a negative effect on my case if i made an infopass again so soon...?
