Good morning,

I'm about to submit my I-29F visa application. Along with the I34 Affidavit of Support, I was going to submit a recent pay stub as well as my 2010 W2 Form as proof of income. However, I got a pay increase since 2010. Should I submit a memo explaining the increase? Or would that be unnecessary? Thanks!

Its best to submit a tax transcripts. Free from IRS by phone or on line. If your income is about the required level no need for the letter. If its not or very close the letter should be included.

You do not need to submit the I-134 with the I-129F. The I-134 is submtted to the embassy after the petition is approved by USCIS. Unless it is a country specific requirement and you are trying to front load the petition?

See VJ guides, no I134 needed for I129F or K1, If local embassy will want after approval by USCIS.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Well I've been following the guides here on VJ. And they suggest including it.

I didn't realize that. Do you think including this information result in an RFE?

I didnt realize you were talking about sending it with 129. Find the Packet 3 info on your embassies web site to see when its required. I think you will find it is required in Mexico.

You do not send your I-134 in with the initial package.

What you can do, however, is when it is time later on to supply the I-134, you can include a letter from your employer, stating that you've been employed for such and such time as a whatever your job title is, and that your salary is xxx.
