Interview didnt pust through

Me and my fiancee went to our interview last Sept 1 530am, we was inside by 7 and was waiting patiently for our number to be called for the pre-screening. About 8:15 our number was called at window 39 and was told that we cant go through the interview. Reason was our physical file wasnt there yet. Anyone had the same experience with us?

hello i was there too on sept. 1 for my interview sched. so far mine is ok. i did not encounter that kind of situation. but what the window incharge told you why you can proceed for you interview that day? are you luck of requirements? or it might be your medical exam result is not yet arrived or possible they misplaced.

They said our electronic file is there yet the physical file was not yet there. We called NVC before we go to the interview and was told it will be there before the interview. We called NVC to ask again and was told it should be there. We are in limbo Dont know what to do. We called Manila USEM and nobody can answer our question was only told to call back again.
