If you conduct the InfoPass appointment with all documents in hand, you may be able to clear this up on the spot. That said and if everything is cleared up on the InfoPass appointment, it would be only a few weeks to NOA-1.

Be sure to bring copies of all documentation sent to USCIS for the appointment.

All the best for a fast resolution to your issues.

Ok now with that being said..could it be that they are just waiting on confirmation of my withdrawal and then they will process the I-29 F that I sent them, just a question ..thanks

I really don't know. Given the initial petitions, the withdrawal letter and the new petition, this would be difficult to determine at this stage. This is a question you should ask at the USCIS InfoPass appointment.

mine was August too and same state, Texas. We waited for like 2 weeks and finally have our biometrics scheduled. You need to call them and make sure that they already received your papers. Did they encash your check yet? if not just wait coz in a couple of days they will but you still need to call them.

Ok talked to uscis on the phone today and the guy said it has to be 30 days from when i sent the paperwork for both to get an issue resolved or anything, he said they should send something stating the i-130 is withdrawn and a noa on my i-129f but if i havent gotten anything within those 30 days then i need to call them back..I pray to god that i receive something and that I dont have to resend this paperwork for the 3rd time..it is so upsetting and frustrating because my fiance is so ready to get here and i want her here so much..I know it all just takes time
