Timeline

Getting ready to send I129 F

I have the G325-a filled out for her and me minds is signed, hers is not, I have copys of my airline tickets also copy of are tickets to phuket plus are hotel receipt, a copy of my birth cert., are letters of intent to marry, copy of reciept for engament ring, copy of receipt of flowers I sent, and phone records and 16 pictures am i missing anything?

You got to have her sign that G325A and send it to you. Also, passport copy? Passport stamps showing you visited? Letter of intent for both of you?

12-27-2010: I-129F arrived at USCIS sent packet on 12/23

12-29-2010: Notice date on NOA1

12-31-2010: Check cleared

01-02-2011: NOA1 received via SMS & E-Mail

01-06-2011: NOA1 hardcopy received via USPS[/color]

2-17-2011:Touched

04/12/2011:NOA2!!!!!

4-18-11: Received by NVC

4-20-11: Left NVC

4-24-11: Received by the consulate in Abu Dhabi

4-27-11:Received both packet 3 & 4 via e-mail from Abu Dhabi

7-25-11:Interview date-Administrative Processing

8-3-11:Administrative Processing ended - APPROVED!!!!!! :D

8-25-11:POE-SFO

9-10-11:Married!!!

9-26-11:Sent AOS Packet

10-6-11:Received NOA1s via text and E-mail

10-9-11:NOA1 hardcopies received, along with biometrics appointment letter

10-25-11:Biometrics Appointment

All forms must be signed. She has to sign G-325A, you will get RFE if she doesn't. What about form I-129F, I don't see you mentioning it. Passport pics of both of you. I suggest you read this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

It's nice to include a cover letter to organize the documents for them and for you.

Like Missicy said, follow the instruction.

The following is my cover letter as an example.

Nature of the submission: I-129F ORIGINAL SUBMISSION

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for K-1 Fiancée Visa for FIANCEE’S NAME and supporting documents.

Contents include:

- Copy of payment in the amount of $340.

- I-129F

- G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

- G-325A Attachment: Petitioner employment last 5 years

- G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

- Copy of Fiancée’s Thai National ID Card

- US Passport and certification of naturalization (Petitioner)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years

- phone log

- flight itinerary to Bangkok to visit Fiancee

- photos taken together

- hotel receipts

- Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition acceptance

- Proof of divorce

- Copy of Decree of Dissolution

- Copy of Declaration of invalidity and publication of sentence

- 2010 October and November bank statements

- Proof of employment: copies of pay stubs (also see bank statements)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.
