Hey I just wanted to get other peoples inputs on what we should do. We received our NOA1 on April 13 but it hasn't been touched since April 16 and we still have not received our NOA2 and it seems like everyone else around our dates have. Should we be worried? I called a few weeks ago to the USCIS and they basically told us to keep waiting. Our five months will be up on Sept 13... should I call again just to see whats going on? What are the chances of them losing our petition? Thanks!

VSC is pretty slow processing center, but it shouldn’t be this much slow. I think it is better to call USCIS or set up an appointment with the local office through InfoPass. Even if it is not way off the normal processing time, you should do something to know the status of your application. Call USCIS or set up an appointment with a local office.

Good Luck

No you shouldn't worry its quite normal. Getting touched at this stage can only mean RFE or approval and you don't want an RFE cause it can add processing time to your case. Good luck it could be any day or week from now!
