Send pictures from different days, so they see you wear different clothes or have a different haircut/hairstyle. Send the flight invoice and maybe receipts from hotels were you stayed at. Send passports copys from both yours and your fiancée's. Send pics were they can see you with other family members and write in the back who they are, try to get some pics that don't look too "posed", f.i. you standing and talking to somebody or so. Maybe you can send sworn affidatives that your parents know your fiancée and vice versa.

Good luck!!!

Thanks for your help. Congrats on the approval, not long before you both are together! happy for you both!!

Finally got my RFE and says they want pics with dates, receipts, and ticket stubs or stamp passport. I had previously sent ticket stubs on which some you can't really see dates cause they are from 2009. I sent pics of us together as well, but they don't have dates. Do they need to have dates? The only thing I had not previously sent was copy of my passport stamped and receipts. When they say receipts, do they mean any sort from when I was in the UK visiting my fiance? If anyone can help me on this one I really appreciate. :) Thanks!

I prepared our petition packet. My husband came and visit me last 2009 as well and we filed on April this year. Our pictures have no dates but I labeled them by putting dates, name of place and what we did ( Civil wedding, church ceremony, eating, honeymoon, with my family, etc.) I even put a short story of how we met and what we've been through ( its not necessary though but in case it will be helpful). I put the 1 page story as a the title page of our pictures.

Yes, please do send the copy of receipts (hotel and restaurant receipts), passport stamps and tickets. ( if you purchased ticket online, maybe you can print again the ticket that airlines sent to you - only a suggestion)

God bless and Good luck. ( Let's pray that everything will be ok.)

I only sent ONE photo with no dates. Timestamps can be set in digital cameras so dates are meaningless.

Yes, any receipts from your visit are fine as well as copies of the passport stamps.

Also, they may want luggage receipts, hotel receipts, restaurant receipts - things with dates and times to prove that you were physically there.. apparently the tickets are not enough =p

Yea to cover my butt I not only sent the boarding pass stubs I had, but I signed back into my account with Delta and Continental and found my flight info on both of my flights when I flew over to see my fiance and printed those up too. In addition to the passport stamps I copied both of my birth certificates, the official one and a copy I drove down and picked up in DC when I had to get my passport renewed.

I do have a question on the pics, I dated them and wrote where we were, etc and put in plastic bags, etc. But the dates I was not sure of, to the day. Obviously I knew I was in Manila from such and such a date to such and such, and also for Bangkok, but the dates for the pics, I sorta guessed. I did make duplicate copies of everything, including pics, but I didn't write down the dates I jotted on the pics...so when my fiance has her interview, she will have the exact same package I sent to USCIS, but not knowing the exact same dates on pics, will that be an issue?
