My wife has been buying clothing at J.C. Penney, Macy's & Fred Meyer. Those stores seem to have clothing she likes (looks nice, fits, and is reasonably priced). She looks around different departments, sometimes in the teen section. It can be a bit difficult to find jeans that fit (she's 4'9" and 95 lbs), so we buy those in Philippines. Proper women's shoes can also be hard to find (she's a size 6), so she orders those online, usually off of ebay. If you're short, I would suggest buying several pairs of jeans (if that's what you like), as those have been the hardest to find in the US. Other items can be found here, but it just takes a bit more looking the smaller you are. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Shoes are a little hard to find (she wears a 5) but she can find a few that AREN'T hello kitty in the children's section. The children's section of most stores have clothes that will fit but most are pretty child specific. Forever 21 is a good choice  Deb, Charlotte Russe and Maurices are her favorites I think but most all of the mall stores carry small sizes (my wife's a 0). Hollister, American Eagle and A&F all carry petite sizes.

Also, if you have a Gordmans there they carry a lot of small sizes. She's found a pretty good selection of jeans and dress pants there.

hello there! just want to ask if anyone knows where i can find a clothes store for a small woman like me? Im moving in Oklahoma soon, so i wonder if i can find clothes and shoes that will fit to me there....thanks u in advance for all ur answers!!! God bless...

Where in Oklahoma? I can only speak for the OKC metro area. There are three shopping malls here. Penn Square, Quail Spring and Crossroads malls. All three malls carry a lot of petite sizes. You shouldn't have any difficulty finding your size. Except you might have to go to a tailor for hemming. ;) But don't be surprised what the American tailors charge. It's not Filipino prizes. Hemming for one pair of slacks is 800-900 pesos. ;)

Have a happy trip soon.

Size Inches

4 8 5/16"

4 1/2 8 8/16"

5 8 11/16"

Children shoe sizes:

You can find small sizes at Walmart (though, I don't recommend 'coz it didn't last long), Target, Sam's Club, Costco(Not a member, but for sure they have)... good deals also at Burlington Coat Factory, TJ Maxx and Marshalls..... when comes to shoes... you can try Payless Shoes and Shoe Carnival... as well as Famous Footwear (they usually give coupons)...

But for a good shopping spree.... try Tanger Outlets... though, Oklahoma doesn't have it... nearer I guess are in Branson, Missouri(quite far from me) and Terrell, Texas

Hope... these helps...

Go to any mall.

Pretty much.

You will make other women jealous when you can wear teen, junior miss, and petite sizes until you spread out like most Pinay's do once they come here. Then buy a sewing machine so that you can re-hem everything.
