Hello

I'm currently freaking out and unsure of what to do. MY husband came here may of 2010 on a J1 visa. It expired in sept 2010 and he's been in his country ever since. We married in february and started our immigration process in april. We are now at the point where fees aos and iv fees are paid. I'm ready to send in my affidavit of support. And he's ready to send in his immigrant visa app. NOW is when we realize he is subject to the 2 year J1 conditions. Im trying to figure out my options. We could ask for a no object waiver. Do anyone know how likely it is that we would be approved. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks ! I'm so sad over all of this because we're so close to the finish line =(
