Any chance of a holiday to the USA while case at NVC??

So our case is nearing the end at NVC, few more weeks and we will have interview date once rfe is done, hubbys had medical an case was expedited so praying for a quick interview, my hubby overstayed his visa waiver by 147 days, is there anyway he can come over to the usa before his interview, he has proof of a job, a house, and the pending visa, i would travel but i have the kids an its to much hassle, thanks

He can no longer use the VWP because he overstayed. Even an overstay of one day will make the VWP never again available to the person. He can apply for a B2 and if granted, come and visit with the proof you mention.

how long does a b2 take to fill, be granted etc

Wait time for a tourist visa interview appointment in London is 18 days; 4 days in Belfast.

5 business days in both places for processing if the visa is granted.

from what im reading and his previous overstay, im 80% sure itd be rejected, so i gues we will wait the rest out, real shame he wanted to come for our 1st anniversary 14th oct

Yes, unfortunately the overstay isn't taken kindly even if it was less than 180 days which would be much worse.
