You do realize the OP does not have any of thos items because she entered on a K-1 visa right? Thats what the issue is here. They rejected it for some 'unknown' reason as NONE of thos documents apply to the OP.

What did you put as your "current USCIS status"?

Are you sure it's YOUR rejection and not your child's? Could be you completed something incorrectly on his forms.

Try not to worry about things until its time to worry about them. This is not the time. You sound like you have done everything correctly and seem to be on top of things. Chill out over the holidays and then set up that info pass appointment. Depending where you live you can usually get an appointment same day or next day. Show them what you did. They will either say here is your error or accept their error. Either way you will be on your way to AOS. Good Luck.

Thanks for the advise. I already make an Infopass appointment for tomorrow. Hope everything will be fine.

Current USCIS Status is K-1(Non-immigrant).

I think its me and my daughter because all the papers we sent had the USCIS Notice Letter on it...

try to check your son's birthday… and his age… i know there's a certain age that don't require biometric fee.. so pls try to check that one out first.. deduct the fee from the check if it is not required thanks..

lol... i dont have a son. it's my daughter.. hehehe..

Yes, you are right. but we rechecked it from the USCIS website about the fees. I paid about 1070 and 635 for my daughter.

I talk to one of the USCIS agent this morning on the phone and she said, the USCIS will explain it in the letter they sent to me, the reason for rejection and what paper they require me to submit. And the letter goes like the one i quoted above :ot2: ... i keep banging my head on the wall, about it!!!:bonk:

If you get the same runaround when you go to your InfoPass appointment at the USCIS field office then ask to speak to an immigration officer. The customer service reps often don't know anything other than what they read on the computer screen. Either they made a mistake (which is what it sounds like to me) or you made a mistake, but an IO should be able to figure out which it was and how to fix it.
