NSO docs or certified true copy documenst

my husband petition CR-1 was approved April 2011, NVC sent me mail asking all original documents certified copies, i already sent my husband all documents I requested at NSO, my NBI is 10 mos old. My husband want me to get the certified true copy instead of the NSO documents, what is really the right documents for NVC? NVC said this is for my interview..

NVC always wants original documents and if they can't be obtained they MUST be certified copies....

send the NSO copy.. if you send the certified copies, they will ask you to submit the copies from NSO.. This is my experienced...

The instructions say original. That means exactly like issued from the NSO or agency issuing the document. It is easy & cheap enough to get extras from the NSO when you are in the PI.
