12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)

Kinnari was in and out in less than 1 hour and 10 minutes with an APPROVAL!

Did not get the full details of the interview but I will get them in the next couple days once my wife gets back to our hometown.

Such a sigh of relief...thanks to everyone that has helped us throughout this journey. I could not have done it without you guys!

Another approval to add to the list! My wife had her interview on Tuesday, Nov 8th, and they didn't tell her whether she was approved or not. But yesterday, Nov 9th, we got a DHL notification, and today the package arrived in her hometown—and inside was the visa! :D

All's left is her POE, and she'll be a legal permanent resident.

It's been a long way, but we're here. :thumbs:

7 Mar 2011 - Mailed the I-130 package

12 Nov 2011 - Became a U.S. resident (+250 days)

18 Sep 2017 - Sworn in as a U.S. citizen (+2137 days)

I am so happy for all of you! Keep it coming with Novermber luck! I cant wait til our interview! His medical is next tuesday and then we just wait til my flight leaves on the 27th! I am approved. It was a breeze. I was out by 9am and all I was asked was the date if my wedding and when Trevor was naturalized.

I leave in 17 days and am getting super anxious.

Having just done what you are about to do, I know EXACTLY what you are feeling now, and I know what you will be going through at interview time.

I haven't slept this good since I left her in India back in March.

I can relate somewhat. When I returned home today and was making my way home from the airport, I was comparing what I was feeling today (great) to how I was feeling at the moments when I was making my way home from the airport after returning to the US in February (miserable).

You will be fine, just take it one day at a time and give your husband all the support for this day. That's all they need just your support and everything will go fine! :)
