VJ family members, my fiance wants to send additional inforamtion on the number of times we have met in the last two years but we have mailed the package (K1-VISA)already on Aug 20, 2011. It was a typographical error on his part to have written a total of 2times in the period of two yrs. We actually have met more than that number of times. he came to Ghana twice thus in 2009 and 2010 however in 2009 we met on three different occassions before he left for the US and then again in 2010 we saw each other during the whole period of ten days he was in Ghana.

Can he send additional information though we have sent the documents and its at the initial review??? please we want your suggestions on what to do.

***** Moving from CR-1 to K1 forum as OP is petitioning for a fiancee *****

Don't send extra documentation without a request, it will likely get lost. Send the information next time you need to send in forms- likely at NVC stage, unless you get a RFE. As long as you sent proof of meeting at least once, you will be fine for now- the proof of meeting many times/ bonafide relationship will be required at interview, though some people like to "dfront load" a petition by sending everything in at once.

Extra documentation on how many tmes you met would get lost and is completely unnecessary. The requirement is to have met ONE time for petition approval. Present the rest of your evidence at the interview.

You only need to show evidence of meeting once. Send this other information for the interview.
