DOS is only open during the weekdays, from 8am-5pm ET (I believe those are the correct times). Don't bother calling this Monday though as they'll be closed due to Labor Day.

They changed the times? I remember Wednesday, they were still open 8-5, but closed from 12-1.

Yes, unfortunately they did. I called and after waiting for like 5 minutes for somebody they repeated the schedule and sure enough I had called on a wednesday after 11 (their time)

Hmm, interesting. Wonder why they cut their hours so much on Wednesdays...
