I filled out I-134 with my salary information, amount of money I have in savings, and amount I have in stocks and bonds.

I am bringing a letter for my employer certifying my salary; 10 paycheck stubs; and past three years of certified tax returns from the IRS; plus 2011 W2.

Do I also need a letter from the bank certifying the amount I have in savings, since I stated it on the I-134, along with something from my mutual fund company stating my investments?

Or is the salary and tax return info sufficient?

This is for Ciudad Juarez consulate..thank you.

The bank should give you a one piece of paper that you have an acct etc. Some embassy asking for more on money commitment, maybe due to the economy.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I just got back from K1 interview in Cd Juarez on monday, all they took was my I134 with a copy of my employement letter and 6 recent paystubs, they did not even ask for tax returns. They did not even look at my birth certificate (I'm petitioner) or my divorce decree (I was previously married) or letters of intent to marry. But then Both me and my fiancee were interviewed which I guess does not happen often to K1'ers. More on my story posted in consulate reveiw section.
