Hello everyone :)

I am new here, but have view this thread for a while to see how the fast the process is going for other filers.

When we started I was hoping and praying that it will be approved by december, now that I search the www. and read stories over here I gave up hoping and just keep on praying. :(

I haven´t seen my husband for 5 months now and miss him like crazy...but who am I telling, you all are going through the same!

But he´ll get here in 10 days for vacation and I am very thankful for seeing him soon! So lately I have been counting the days down for our getting together and didn´t concentrate to much on our visa.

Hi T_W...the wait is horrible!!! LOL its so hard to be patient when it feels like your life is put on hold =\ but hopefully this first USCIS step (which I see as the bulk of the wait time) will end soon for us September filers...end of Feb being the latest (hopefully!!!)...i wanna get this whole process over with already...i miss my husband :'( Haven't seen him since early September which now that I'm saying it was only 3 months but it feels like soooooooooooo long ago...i hope CSC gets through those applications a little faster...

1 by 1 we'd start to get approved in while. Always be positive n positive things will happen. Find happiness in the things we have instead of what we dont have. have a merry christmas and the new year is going to bring us celebrationsssssssss.

Yes the waiting is horrible....I do think positiv, but I guess it is how it is....there are good and bad days.

Now I also concern that there might be a chance to get denied, to save time we sent all the documents in but the papers which proofs our relationship. By the time my husband mailed it he didn´t have the letters of our friends they´ve wrote to support us and I honestly figured that I would have to take pictures, bill, emails, etc. with us to interview.

Does anybody know if this could effect us negatively? I have read that some people never received a RFE and instead got denied.

Y don't u call uscis n find out what to do maybe u can give instructions on where to send or fax it?? At least that what I will do, don't wait to long tho.

Wen u called they ask if I was the applicant, petitioner or legal rep. So I guess it won't hurt to try ure trying to get information on what do. Have ur receipt number wen u call.

A quick question, I have seen one some people's signatures, it says something about when a file was last touched. How do people find that out? What can I do to find out if my I-30 was last looked at by someone?

Ok....I didn´t know that neither and just created an account, ours has been last touched 11/10/2011. But like I read here this has nothing to say but someone really just had it in his hands.

My hubby called the uscis and they´ve told him that they are still working on june cases.
