Correct, that's what CSC used to be called. VSC used to be called Eastern Adjudication Center (hence the EAC on receipt numbers for files that are sent to Vermont).

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)

November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

9/2/11 - Arrived in Chicago Lockbox

9/6/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)

9/9/11 - NOA1 Hardcopy in mail

9/9/11 - Check cashed .... and the wait Begin

2/10/12 - NOA2...no whammies, pleaase, email only, no txt

2/12/12 - mother in law past.... She was an angel

2/13/12 - NVC rec' case ! No expedite, but I worked a few nervIes...

2/13/12: NVC received case (information only given on 02/13)

2/23/12: case number and IIN assigned - gave email info to operator

2/24/12 :Paid AOS fee and DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

2/27/12: AOS fee PAID on payment portal, Fee was withdrawn from Bank Account. So,is PAID :-)

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

2/28/12: IV fee invoice received by email

2/28/12: Paid IV fee

2/29/12: IV fee PAID on payment portal

2/29/12: IV package sent

3/12/12: IV package reviewed and accepted. AOS package not Recv'd

3/14/12: Case complete!

1 month down 4 more to go.......

This waiting makes me feel to pull my hair out, guess i should get the turkey prep, and christman shop, that take 2 more months down. :blink:

Ive notice when some LPR call to update their case now that they are USC it happens to move quickly. Sort of like "hmm i (the uscis officer) already have this file in my hand, best i just work on it" lolll. I have to update my case in November so lets see if, that's what happens.

well im the mean time i guess we should be paying attention to NVC filers and see whats their deal.

You know what sucks, we can go thur all this filing, waiting and preparing and get to the end and the embassy of the counrty has the last say.... Trinidad embassy i head can be somewhat unfair.

Most days are difficult. I'm fortunate in the fact that I'm in the UK with my beloved.

Although the stress is coming from the fact I've over stayed my visitor's visa by staying

but I'm too scared to go back to the USA without him (I'm the US citizen)

Will me over staying in the UK harm his process of getting to the USA? :wacko:

I sent copies too. i think the originals needs to be submitted when you reach to the NVC stage (the stage which we all are Impatiently waiting on).. If not presented to the NVC they must be presented at the time of you Interview at the Embassy.
