Called USCIS today and they told me they are still working on September 10th... How do you get them to do a service request if they say that? Guess it's back to waiting...

09/12/2011 Mailed I-130 package via USPS to Chicago lockbox
09/14/2011 Priority Date/Received Date
09/15/2011 Received email and text confirmation from USCIS that my application was sent to CSC
09/19/2011 Received I-797C in mail (NOA1)
04/26/2012 - Called USCIS for the third time and this time they put in service request
05/09/2012 - Recevied an email from USCIS saying that my case was being ajudicated and to wait up to 45 days
05/16/2012 - Received letter from NVC with number - No NOA 2 or updates online
05/17/2012 - AOS Bill - Received & Paid
05/17/2012 - Sent in optin email for electronic processing and received email back with confirmation same day
05/17/2012 - Sent in DS-261 Choice of Agent
05/21/2012 - Sent AOS package via email to NVC
05/31/2012 - Received checklist for IV form, but haven't been invoiced yet
06/06/2012 - Received invoice for IV bill & paid online
06/07/2012 - IV bill showed as PAID & IV application ready to fill out
06/08/2012 - Completed DS-260 IV application and sent it electronically to NVC
06/08/2012 - Sent IV supplemental documents package via email to NVC
06/15/2012 - Case complete - email sent from NVC
06/25/2012 - Called NVC and received Interview date; email was sent later in the day
07/18/2012 - Hubby's Medical Appt Completed in Toronto
08/02/2012 - Hubby's Interview in Montreal - Approved!
09/04/2012 - POE at Lewiston, NY - Drive home to VA

Removal of Conditions

06/12/2014 - Mailed off I-751 package to Vermont Service Center
06/13/2014 - Receipt date of NOA1
07/21/2014 - Attended Biometrics Appt. at 10 AM
11/26/2014 - Received email showing transfer of case from Vermont to California

11/22/2014 - 11/26/2014 - Not sure when transfer letter was sent, but it was during this time period.

12/27/2014 - Received notice of 2nd bio date - January 5, 2015

01/05/2015 - 2nd bio completed

02/24/2015 - Received email saying that Greencard was ordered today

03/04/3015 - 10 yr Greencard received!

Hi everybody,i filed my I 130 sep 6 and still waiting for my NOA1, Have a question for you guys,i did not mail E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance form G1145 with my docs,my question is:

you could ask them to do a service request. however, when i called last friday march 30th, the lady said she would put in a service request. but after she discovered they are still working on sept 10 applications, she said we were still in the normal processing time and she could not put in the service request. they will only do a service request if we are beyond the "processing times".

09-27-2011 - I-130 sent

09-29-2011 - NOA1

04-04-2012 - I-130 approved

05-14-2012 - NVC Case number received

Yeah, that's what happened to me too. Wondering when the next update will be in their system (maybe around the 15th from what I've read).

Wow, they've been saying that for two weeks now. I hope they update their info soon.

10/01/11 - Filed (2) I-130's

10/04/11 - NOA-1

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

05/14/12 - Daughter's IV fee invoiced, paid both IV fees - "IN PROCESS"

05/15/12 - Both IV fees show as "PAID"

05/16/12 - Sent both AOS and both IV packages to NVC via USPS (expected delivery: 05/19/12)

05/21/12 - All 4 packages delivered

05/30/12 - Received checklist for daughter's AOS

05/31/12 - Sent response to checklist via USPS (expected delivery: 06/01/12); Spouse's case completed

06/07/12 - Daughter's case completed; waiting for interview date

Hello kat ,im sure you will be among the next .....

02weeks ago , the operator said they are working on 10 sept.

few days later ,(09 days ago) we called again and knew about date they are handling 14 sep.

which is actually our priority date .we waited for NOA 02but still no news .

we were obliged to move , we called again and this time definitly put a service request

especially because the operator was confirming that our application was beyond the processing time

, so we put a service request and have given us a request reference number .....

, .

03 days after , we chekced the website and saw "post decision ."

On April 2, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved

this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

i still dont know how uscis is working ...confusinggggggg.

but hang in there , your turn is the next ..

:thumbs: They are very slow at informing people on the status of their petition. Sept filers have had more luck than those in July but I know a lot of people have found the communication poor. I have had to chase NVC from over here and as to date, still no case number and I need to file our expedite papers too. I think we are all being dealt with, perhaps quicker and in larger numbers than anticipated...which is good news

After 189 days, we just got APPROVED today :)

I was a September 29, 2011 filer. And I was one of the people who called last week and was told they are still working on the September 10, 2011 filers. So I truly cannot explain why this happened.

So people, hang in there. Keep strong. No matter what, your time will come.

2003 - met online

12-09-2010 - met for the first time

12-11-2010 - engaged

06-07-2011 - married

09-27-2011 - I-130 sent

09-29-2011 - NOA1

04-04-2012 - I-130 approved

05-14-2012 - NVC Case number received

Im loosing hope. Its been more than 6 months and no approval yet. This waiting is making me sick.

It's not worth losing hope. We too were getting emotionally drained especially early last week. Then low and behold, we were approved. So I completely understand how you feel, but never, ever lose hope.
